The Notifications page in your profile lets you suppress specific email alerts you would otherwise receive. Preferences are per-user. They live on your account and apply across every workspace you belong to, not just one. The page is not workspace-scoped: it lives at https://loan.compuzign.com/profile/notifications, with no workspace slug in the path.

Opening notification preferences

Click your avatar in the top-right corner, then choose Profile. That opens the profile area, whose sidebar lists three pages: Settings, Authentication, and Notifications. Select Notifications.

What you can control

The page currently has one preference.
PreferenceWhat it controls
New invitations sent by other adminsWhen another admin in a workspace you belong to sends a member invitation, you get an email heads-up so you can revoke it if it was a mistake. Turn this off to stop those alerts.
This preference is on by default, so every eligible admin gets the alert until they turn it off here. The setting is a toggle. Changes save immediately. A short confirmation toast reads “Enabled invitation alerts” or “Disabled invitation alerts” when the new setting is stored. If a save fails, the toggle bounces back to its previous position and an error toast appears, so a bounced toggle means the change did not save.
This is the only notification preference in the current release. More preferences will appear here as the platform adds them. The page documents only what exists today.

How preferences relate to your role

A preference can only suppress an email you are otherwise eligible to receive. Your eligibility comes from your role and your assignments, not from this page.

Eligibility comes from your role

Capabilities decide whether you can receive a given alert at all. The invitation heads-up reaches only peers with an active membership who hold the admin.tenant.invite.list capability. The admin who sent the invitation never gets their own alert, and suspended or revoked members are skipped. Turning the toggle off suppresses the email without changing your capability.

Workflow emails follow ownership

For loan lifecycle events, you are notified about loans you own or that land in your queue. Claiming or being assigned a file makes you the point of contact for its stage events.
For the full picture of which loan events send email and who receives each one, see Email notifications for loan workflow events.
